Week 2 of 60 day challenge

Today is day 15 of my 60 day challenge. If you didn’t know I started a challenge on January 2nd of this year. I had 8 things I wanted to complete everyday for 60 days; however it isn’t one of those challenges like 75 hard or project 50 where if you don’t do one thing, you have to start from the beginning. I want to make sure I can make these habits into a lifestyle. There are days where I don’t complete each task and that is ok, I just try harder the next day.

My tasks for the project were to:

  • Wake up early.
  • “Me time” – gratitude journal, chapter in Bible, etc.
  • Exercise 4 times a week/Meditate 3 times a week.
  • Read for at least 10 minutes.
  • Dedicate at least 15 minutes to blog, podcast, and/or social media.
  • Take supplements/vitamins
  • Drink more water.
  • Track progress.

This is how week 2 days 8 to day 4 were:

Waking up early – I woke up early 4/7 days last week.

“Me time” – I did every single day – woohoo!

Exercise 4 times a week/Meditate 3 times a week – completed both tasks

Read for at least 10 mins – I did 6/7 days.

Dedicate at least 15 mins to blog/podcast/social. media – I did every single day.

Vitamins/supplements – Took them every single day, except for my greens which I took 5/7 days

Drink more water – I was good every day except for Sunday which I got about 35 oz rather than 50.

Track progess- I have been using my habit tracker to track my progress.

I did not lose any weight this week, I gained 0.4 pounds and I think I’m finally getting my period after not getting it for 120 days so I feel bloated, well at least I hope I am getting it, have all the symptoms for it. Fingers crossed I do get it. PCOS SUCKS!!!
