Yesterday was Wednesday January 25th, and it was my 24th day of doing this 60 day challenge. I decided it would be fun to share a morning in my life, more so regarding the 60 day challenge.
My Wednesday morning went a little like this this week:
5:40am – wake up, skin care, get ready.
6:15am – take my fat burner and my greens with water on empty stomach. Prepare my coffee.
6:25am – head out the door to go to work; eat a protein bar on the way. I saw a video on tiktok that said women need to eat before they drink their coffee. I have heard that drinking coffee on empty stomach is bad for your gut lining, it destroys your stomach, it spikes cortisol and messes with your hormones. Sometimes I’ll have protein waffle with peanut butter and banana on it, sometimes I’ll eat greek yogurt with chia seeds and protein granola, other days like that it’s a protein bar. Then I’ll sip on my coffee as I drive.
7am – I get to work at 7am however I dont start till 7:30 but I like to get there early to avoid traffic and just to have some me time while I wait. This is when I will read a chapter in the Bible, do my gratitude journal and even watch some morning routines on instagram or tiktok just to motivate me early in the morning.
7:30 to 10am – at work with my nanny babe. She will go down for a nap around 9:45/10am and that’s when I will clean up the house a bit, just pick up the toys, stock up on diapers and wipes, wash whatever dishes we used and wipe down the table from when she had breakfast.
10:30 am to 11am – I will use this time to walk around their house and to get my steps in for the day. I joined a few challenges on StepBet to make sure I get my steps in. It has been really motivational and we bet money on it so I make sure I don’t lose and that I can get my money back and a little more as well.
11:15am – is when I will have my brunch, and when I usually read my book while I eat.
11:30am – wake up my little nanny babe and spend the rest of the time with her.
I ended the day completing all of my tasks and with 9,761 steps!
Thank you for reading my morning in my life 60 day challenge edition.
I loved that you shared your day! It’s interesting about eating before drinking coffee -I’m going to try that!

Thank you! Yes I had no idea, given the fact that when I use to do intermittent fasting, they always recommend drinking black coffee while fasting, but now that I saw a few videos, I’m like cautious about when I drink my coffee.

It’s great to see your dedication to the 60 day challenge and how you’re incorporating healthy habits into your morning routine. Starting the day with self-care and mindfulness practices, like reading the Bible and gratitude journaling, sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. Your approach to meal planning and incorporating physical activity is also impressive and serves as a great inspiration for others looking to make similar changes in their lives.
Thanks for sharing your journey

Looks like you’re doing great on this 60-day challenge. I can’t live without coffee in the morning, but I do eat something with it. A good breakfast, inspiring words, and a little exercise are great ways to start your day. Keep it up!

I use to drink coffee first thing in the morning, but the more I read about it, the more I find myself making sure I eat something even a protein bar before I drink coffee. I’m not perfect though, I sometimes, like this morning, did not want to eat anything so I just drank my coffee instead.
