
Thursday March 2nd was day 60 of my 60 day challenge. I am proud of myself for somewhat creating this challenge and sticking to it. There were days of course that I didn’t complete each task, but that is ok. I think for the month of March I am just going to focus on my water intake along with exercise. Maybe I’ll do a 30 day challenge for the month of April.
I didn’t lose as much weight as I wanted too and I’m kinda disappointment but at the same time I’m not. I knew going in, I wouldn’t lose as much due to my PCOS, but I was also low key hoping to lose at least 5 to 10 pounds. I lose only 3 pounds doing the 30 day challenge. I think if I had drank more water and gone a little harder on my workouts, I would have probably lost a few more, but then again who knows?
My biggest challenge for this challenge was trying to spend time on my blog on a daily basis along with meditation. If I was to redo this challenge but for 30 days, I definitely probably wouldn’t add meditation to it, and I would only put down to focus on my blog maybe 3 times a week, rather than daily.
Thanks for sharing. I keep saying im going to start working out, dieting, being healthier, but I keep pushing it off. I need to just do it!

Losing 3lbs is a great achievement for you especially as you have PCOS. I have been working on losing weight I have put on after my work accident and being given a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain. It is great on reflection you have found things that you could try differently. Keep going!
