
A month ago I wrote my New Years resolution/goals for 2020 but then found a blog post where she talked about how she no longer makes new year goals but month to month so I decided that starting this month I will be setting new goals maybe even the same goal every single month. I wanted to share my February goals with you today.
- Post 5 blog posts.
- Lose at least 6 pounds, preferably 9.
- Drink more water.
- Be active everyday even if its a slow walk for 30 minutes…its something!
- Read 1 full book or listen to 1 audio book.

Oh we have some super similar goals! I’m also a big fan of breaking down goals and focusing on month to month because I think it allows more room for growth and adapting!

Love the month to month idea, I feel like I get lost in my long term goals and they become to cumbersome… I am going to think about this!
You definitely should! I was always doing new year resolutions and felt overwhelmed…I even did one this year but I’m stopping and it feels so good!
