All time Favorite Shows

Today’s blogmas post was suppose to be a cinnamon roll recipe; however, I have had such a rough emotional anxiety filled day and just couldn’t get myself to bake so here I am at 8pm switching days for my blogmas. I am instead posting my top 3 favorite shows that I cannot get enough of, no matter how many times I watch them over and over again. I will post my cinnamon roll recipe this coming weekend instead.

Whenever I am cleaning, organizing or what ever it is that I am doing that I cannot put my 100% focus on the show; I like to have one of my favorite shows on to just following along too and just to have something in the back to listen to. These are my top 3 shows that I can never get sick of no matter how much I have seen them!

  1. FRIENDS
  2. Gilmore Girls
  3. Reba

The worst part is they are all on different networks so of course I had to sign up for HBO for FRIENDS, I already had Netflix which has Gilmore Girls in it and had to get Hulu for Reba… ridiculous!

Giving up coffee…

If you know me then you know how much I love my coffee, so I’m so sad that I have to give it up for a while…at least a few days. Well I don’t have too but my anxiety has been through the roof the past 2 weeks and I honestly think its because my coffee intake has increased a ton. I was drinking at least 2 to sometimes 3 cups of coffee a day and I even had green tea extract pills in my vitamin pack that I was taking so it was a lot. I have officially as of today stopped taking the vitamins all together including the green tea extract pills along with coffee. I am drinking tea and ice tea which has some caffeine in it but that’s ok. Other than a major headache which I currently have right now, I have been feeling great…no signs of anxiety today which is awesome. I miss coffee so bad if I’m being honest. I just love everything about coffee and I might even prefer it over tea, which is the number 1 thing I was obsessed with growing up and most of my adult life pretty much.

Fingers crossed this little break from coffee and the pills helps get rid of my anxiety again for a long time then I will slowly introduce coffee and multivitamin pills only (not green tea extract) into my daily life and take it from there…..but for now, if you drink coffee please enjoy some for me too!

Day 12: What makes me feel better.

This blog post is perfect for today, I woke up feeling so depressed and so sad about myself and just life itself. I literally started crying while driving to work this morning…it just was such a sad day. When I have these days, I love to just stay in bed, watch videos, movies, and read some books. I love my husband and I love to talk to him but sometimes I just like to be left alone…I feel like that makes me feel better then if I was with anyone else…does that make sense? I like to just let myself cry if I want too and usually a book will distract me to the point where I just instantly feel better. Today I had to work and couldn’t just call in to stay home just because I was feeling depressed even though yes I know everyone needs a mental day off I just didn’t feel like I needed that so much today. I went about my day, was sad a lot but working with the kids, I have to just put my feelings aside and concentrate on them so I was so busy I didn’t have as much time to think until I left work and drove home to get in bed and eat away my feelings. I’m such a stress and emotional eater its so bad but sometimes that helps too.

I wish I could say I do yoga, or mediate to relieve some of the sadness and emotions I feel but I really don’t do any of those.
