It has been a little over a week since I started doing my weight loss journey chart. When I started last Monday the eight of March, my weight was 291.2. What I was doing was fasting mainly 14 hours, I would walk either 1 or 1.5 miles a day, I did three days of strength training, drank over 100 oz of water daily except for 2 days where I only had half, and read for over 10 minutes. I did take one day off though. I did not lose weight, I did gain .4 pounds and I think that it is because Friday night and Saturday I ate really bad and heavy food and heavy food does not settle good with me so that was the cause of it. I decided that starting this Monday I would do dirty fasting, meaning I would clean fast only water for the first at least 14 hours then have coffee with creamer and water only until about anywhere from 17 to 19 hours then break my fast with food. Why coffee in creamer? Why not just have plain black coffee and do clean fasting? Well I cannot stand the taste of black coffee alone, I have to either have cream or sugar in it and honestly having creamer in my coffee kills my hunger so much. I started this on Monday and my weight was 291.6 and just by doing this along with working out once sometimes even twice a day I have lost 3.4 pounds in just a matter of 2 days.
The hardest part has been the water honestly, some days I am so good and do about a gallon a day and other days I am not. The days I am not I will mix some liquid iv in a cup of water and drink that to make sure I still am hydrated. As far as food goes, I am not following any type of diet, I do watch what I eat, sure I will have some meals that are worse than other like I did Friday night and Saturday but I am human and I’m not going to punish myself. I will just make sure I do better the next day. If I tell myself I am on a diet, I will automatically fail…not sure if some of you guys are like that too but that’s just how I am.
